Beautifully renovated stone house, located on the hill of Vescovado di Murlo. It is on the edge of the historic center in a quiet area where you can only hear the sound of nature. Two floors with a small garden with a beautiful view. It can accommodate four guests. The house is not suitable for disabled people (presence of stairs, unsuitable doorways). Cars must be parked outside, in the many parking lots of the Borgo. The space The house consists of two floors: on the ground floor, a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom; on the first floor, two rooms with two beds each and a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with a boiler for heating and hot water production. Outside we have a lawn with an elevated panoramic area used as an outdoor living room. The house can accommodate a maximum of four people. Guest access Guests will be able to use the two floors of the house and the lawn. The house is completely independent, with an entrance gate and there is no service to share. The house does not have the characteristics to accommodate disabled people due to the presence of stairs to access the first floor (sleeping area). Although there are no obvious dangers in the house, children under the age of 2 must always be accompanied and well cared for by their parents. In addition, the house is not suitable for dogs, cats, and other pets.
