Comfortable and luxury apartment on the first floor of a nice building , fully equipped , with large balcony . It has beautiful view to a green and quiet garden with a pool and further to the sea. The space The apartment is part of a two level building. It is completely private. It is a studio about 35 sq. meters with two beds, where we can add two more extra beds (camp beds or baby cots) for the children. There is bathroom with bathtub , wardrobe , a safe box , mini fridge and a kitchenette with the essential cutlery. The apartment has it’s own air condition unit and it has central heating for the winter season. There is a common use washing machine at the laundry room, outside the building , very close to the apartment. There is also free wi-fi access. The apartment is available all year round. The common use swimming pool of the complex with the snack bar is open from 15th May to 10th October each year. Clean sheets and towels are provided free of charge , once a week. You will find all the cleaning tools for the apartment, but following your desire, can be agreed cleaning of the apartment by our own people, with the extra charge of 15 € each time. Guest access You can freely use the laundry room , the free wi-fi internet access , the swimming pool which is next to the snack-bar , the twelve hour open “living room area” of the complex during the summer season (May to October) , the parking area and the gardens at all the time. The pool can be used for the period from May 15th until October 10th each year.
