No neighbors upstairs or downstairs and only one adjoining home. Surrounded by nature and located less than 100 meters from the beautiful Sa Riera beach, it offers the perfect setting to relax and unwind. Decorated with a refined sailor style and attention to detail, it is designed for a comfortable, serene and truly relaxing stay. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal, including the barbecue located at the entrance of the house, with a table and two chairs ideal for enjoying the outdoors. For safety reasons, the fireplace in the living room is not enabled for use. Other things to note Just 30 meters from the accommodation there is a supermarket open from June to October, where you will find everything you need for your stay (service available from mid-June to mid-September). There is a dirt parking lot 60 meters away; from June to October it is paid, with a fee of €3 per day.
