The space Facing Mont Blanc, this 225 square meter chalet respects the tradition of wooden chalets built by the companions of the Tour de France with its sturdy and imposing wooden structure. It offers absolute calm while being ideally located, with views of the Aravis mountain range and Mont Blanc from the bedrooms. The return is ski-in/ski-out, if the snow is enough, with a small off-piste crossing accessible to confirmed skiers. The chalet is a 7-minute drive from the Combloux slopes and 7 minutes from the Princess gondola which serves the Megève and Saint Gervais - Bettex estates. The 100 square meter living room has a comfortable living room with fireplace and an independent TV lounge. The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals that you can enjoy in the dining room or on the wooden terrace, full south: snowmen in winter and meals outdoors whenever the weather permits. We provide you with raclette, pierrade, fondue machines. On the first floor, 4 spacious bedrooms with balcony have a nice view of the mountains: 2 overlooking Mont Blanc and 2 overlooking the Aravis mountain range. Three of them have double beds of 160 cm, and the last one has two single beds of 90 cm. The master suite has an attached shower room. A spacious bathroom with bathtub and double vanity serves the other three bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor includes a 160 cm bed and has an en-suite shower room. This bedroom and the shower room overlook the slope of the garden: no real views but lots of natural light. Each room has large wooden cabinets to store your belongings. 3 toilets: one per floor. A ski room to store ski equipment and dry boots and a laundry room with washer and dryer complete our services. Bath linens are provided free of charge. The beds are made when you arrive. Wifi. You can park 4 vehicles in front of the cottage. Mandatory special equipment (snow tires or chains) depending on the weather. Guest access You have access to the whole chalet.
