Sparkling, central, studio with private entrance

BnB is a studio apartment located within our home.Separate entrance, bathroom and kitchenette. We are central to all that Port Stephens has to offer. Walking distance to everything... Dutchies & Corlette beaches, 25 min walk to Nelson Bay restaurants/shopping. 5 min drive to Salamander Shopping Centre . Your stay includes a variety of tea, nespresso or plunger coffee. . A/c can be turned on at your request as is controlled from within our home just ask. The space Our BnB has a queen size bed. It has a kitchenette with a kettle, toaster, electric frypan, condiments, some basic food supplies, microwave and fridge. We have a sofa and television has foxtel (Max Music, Fox Business, News and Weather) and Netflix for your enjoyment; limited free to air channels of ABC and SBS. For those rainy days a number of board games and playing cards. For your visits to the beach you will find two beach towels in the walk- in robe, as well as sunscreen. We provide shampoo, soap, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. There are two ceiling fans, and there is Air Conditioning in the unit which can be turned on at you request as it is operated from within our house (just text us and we will turn it on). We usually have a cooling sea breeze..so we ask that on those (not so hot days) you open the windows and shutters and enjoy it ..and think about the effects on climate before requesting the AC to be turned on. :) Please note our living area is also on the ground floor where your room is situated. We always try to be respectful and quiet when guests are in the property but occasionally household noises will be heard. Guest access This is a fully self contained studio room with private entrance. There is onsite parking.
