The apartment has capacity for 2 adults and 2 children (under 14 years old). It has one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. Upon request, we can install a cot at an additional cost of €10/day. If you need one, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. It is located on a very quiet street in the old town, with little vehicle traffic. The apartment is situated on the second floor with a lift, ideal for accessing comfortably and beginning to discover the city. From here you will be able to enjoy pleasant walks through the historic centre and discover the very essence of Palma: its charming streets, its architecture and its wide cultural and gastronomic offer. Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and with an additional cost, subject to availability. For the greater convenience of our guests, we offer a towel change service during their stay, including replacement on intermediate days. House rules Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. We kindly ask you to maintain order and cleanliness during your stay. Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and corridor), keeping them clean and passing through them quietly. Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours regarding noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to evict the guests from the apartment at any time, without refunding the booking amount, and may also retain the deposit. Booking conditions During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be retained, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been inspected. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving excessive rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary. Check-in time: from 14:00. Check-out time: until 11:00. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. The number of guests shall not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking. Additional information The apartment is located in an area with restricted access for residents. If you plan to arrive by car, Priority Villas agency can manage the circulation authorisation with the Town Hall. You will only need to notify us in advance that you will be arriving by car and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
