Renovated in 2025 and sophisticatedly equipped, this non-smoking apartment is in a quiet rural location just 25-30 minutes from the Dresden Trade Fair and Dresden city center. Enjoy the village tranquility on the outskirts of Dresden and the Tharandt Forest. Here you can relax, hike to your heart's content, cycle, ride or use one of the numerous attractions (see excursions). We look forward to your visit! The space On your vacation, a 68 sqm apartment on the upper floor with separate access awaits you. The apartment consists of a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room, a balcony, as well as a small storage room for your luggage. Facilities: TV, PS 4, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with ceramic stovetops, shower, bathtub, towels and bed linen, radio, all rooms with insect protection Sleeping options: - Bedroom with double bed (1.8 m * 2 m) - Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 0.9 m * 2 m) - extendable living room couch - Small extra folding bed possible Exterior: - covered terrace with seating; - Pool with outdoor shower (use by arrangement) - Children's playground (use by arrangement and at your own risk) - Lounge corner Guest access The separate entrance to the apartment is on the backside of the house. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony and bathroom. Other things to note The apartment is upstairs. A tourist tax of €1 per person per night is payable on site. NOTE: Currently, there are renovations in the outdoor area, but they will not affect you during your vacation (I only work on the renovation project after consultation with you to ensure the promised peace!)
