Vacation rental on the village square, apartment 1

We offer a self-contained 2-room apartment with a small but fully equipped kitchen and shower/toilet, a small hallway with a wardrobe, a living room with a dining area and a bedroom. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of our residential and commercial building. On the 2nd floor there is a large roof terrace with sun loungers, dining table and barbecue for shared use. The space Let the warm scent of bread from our bakery wake you up in the morning and enjoy the small but lovingly furnished apartment. In the bedroom with real wood furniture you will find a large double bed with separate mattresses, 1 wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, several storage areas, a workstation, and a standing mirror. A children's travel cot with integrated changing table and a high chair can be provided. The living room has a cozy corner couch, which can be pulled out and converted into an additional sleeping space if needed. The dining table can also be used variably for 2 to 4 people. In the sideboard you will find various board games for all ages, painting utensils as well as napkins/table sets etc. The kitchen has an adjacent pantry in which the refrigerator is also located. There are plenty of dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, bowls and all sorts of useful things - as well as a basic set of spices and ingredients (flour, sugar, oil). A coffee machine, mini oven with integrated microwave, egg cooker, kettle, toaster are of course also ready for use. Dish towels, cleaning agents, garbage bags are part of the basic equipment. Overall, the apartment is bright and friendly in a country house style. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our bakery and café building. In the stairwell there is direct access to the business premises as well as to the private rooms - these areas are marked and may not be entered. Other things to note For the 3rd and 4th person, a sofa bed is available in the living room, but the bed is more suitable for 2 children or 2 petite adults. If required, a baby travel bed with integrated changing mat can be provided (bedding must be brought by yourself) Breakfast can be taken in our café. This will be charged separately.
