Attic apartment with sauna, roof terrace and views

Spacious, newly renovated 4.5-room apartment in the attic (3rd floor). The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room and an open kitchen with induction stove, oven and steamer. With balcony and private roof terrace overlooking St. Moritz Lake and the whole valley. It is a 200 m walk to the ski slope. From the valley descent (St. Moritz Bad), you can ski directly to the house. A private, heated garage is also at your disposal. The space On request, the private sauna in the large bathroom can be used free of charge. It can be used as a bio or Finnish sauna and can accommodate 2 people lying down and up to 4 people sitting. The apartment is set up in a way that 6-8 people can comfortably live and eat in it. The extendable dining table can be adapted as needed. There is a coffee machine (Nespresso) and enough dishes (12 place settings) available. The kitchen is well equipped. Sugar, salt, spices and individual basic foods are available and may be used. A Nespresso machine is available. 40 capsules of various varieties are available (CHF 0.50 per capsule). More can be obtained if need be. For children there is a high chair (Tripp Trapp), children's dishes and cutlery as well as toys. There are also various board games in the apartment. Guest access A private garage can be used for parking. The garage has a clearance height of 2.00 m and a clearance width of 2.27 m. A ski and bike room is available in the basement for skis and bicycles. There are more free public parking spaces along the street. Other things to note The apartment is newly renovated and stylishly furnished. We'd greatly appreciate it if you handled it with care. We are available for any questions or problems you may have. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement. Costs 1 - 2 francs per wash, depending on the program (20-centime coins required). The tourist tax of CHF 2.90 per person per night (adults and teenagers from 12 years) is to be paid directly on site.
