Retreat to your 1000 square foot GH with your own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, (King sized bed!), queen bed, and plush queen pull out sofa in the living room (with door for privacy), and microwave, toasteroven, kettle, mini fridge, glasses, plates/utensils (no stove or kitchen sink). Streaming tv, WiFi, workstation, garden! The space Private entrance with free parking welcomes you to modern conveniences in our charming 120+ year-old Victorian. Newly installed central Air. The bedrooms overlook the lush enclosed garden full of hydrangeas, butterflies, dogwoods, roses, and tall beach grass. Bedroom 1 boasts a king size bed, ample closet space and elegant relaxation to recharge after a day of exploring. And there is a chic desk in case you have to do a little work. Bedroom 2 has a rattan queenbed and a modern vibe with all the country feels and also overlooks the garden. Ceiling fan. Closet with hangers. One and half baths are modern, clean and well appointed. Including rain shower, tub, fresh white towels, vegan hair and body products, hair dryer, emergency kit, hand towels, paper products. Marble vanities. You can see the farmers market on Sunday from our place. We are just next door so just let us know if you need anything and we’ll do out best to accommodate. No parties, please respect our neighbors-it’s a quiet block. No smoking: even in the garden. We are fully vaccinated for Covid. ;) Guest access Keyless entry makes check in a snap. I will send you your code the day of your arrival. Other things to note Please note at this time we are offering a microwave, coffee/tea maker but no full kitchen. There is no smoking in the guesthouse of any kind, including cigarettes, THC products, and incense or burning candles. This house is wood and we take fire safety seriously. The living room can be converted into a third bedroom (it has a door that closes for privacy) and a pull out sofa bed. Please ask us to have linens if you plan to use it. We will be sharing the garden with you, but happy to make it exclusively available to you when you’d like to use it. Safety:we have a SimpliSafe security system. There is a video camera at the front entrance to our home and yours for both our safety. We do not record inside the GH, of course. But we just wanted you to know that we take our guests safety seriously. ;)
