Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer. The space This space is a private studio with a full bath that was originally designed for in-laws and guests and remodeled to include the kitchen and private patio with barbecue. It is a great place to stay for visiting locals, for exploring the Eagle/Boise/Treasure Valley area, and for travelers passing through Idaho. It has a tremendous view of the Boise river from the interior and the outside patio. Parking and entrance are completely separate from the main house. Guest access There is access to our surrounding gardens, pathway to a private beach on the river, hot tub and swimming pool. There are views of the river on one side of our property and views of a public golf course on the other side of the property. Our lot comprises a little over 1.5 acres. We allow the use of our swimming pool (June-September) and year-around hot tub, please do not adjust hot tub settings. We have an exercise/weight room in the main house that can be shared. Other things to note We frequently see wildlife along the river; especially birds of prey: Heron, Owls, Eagles and Osprey can often be seen fishing. Wild turkey may also wander through the yard. We often see deer and small mammals such as mink, muskrat and river otters. We have river access for guests that enjoy fishing. There is a small private beach a short walk from the guesthouse with chairs to enjoy the river. The river can be quite high during the spring run-off (March-June) and fishing is inaccessible during the high water.
