You will be in the countryside and 5 minutes from the beautiful beach of Asnelles: swimming, shore fishing or sand yachting. For history buffs, you will see the artificial port of Arromanches from the garden, which is 8 km away. You will enjoy the heated pool, goats and chickens to feed and pet, large games room with ping-pong table and foosball table. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom for 2 people (160 x 200 cm bed) with interior windows, dormitory open to landing with 3 90 cm beds and lounge area, TV, DVD, sofa bed (extra bed on request). Shared with the owners: games room on the ground floor with ping-pong table, foosball table, darts, shower room, toilet, laundry room. Outside: shared pool 8x4 m, depth 1.4 m, heated to 29/30° from 06/01 to 09/30 (unless outdoor temperature below 20°), safety cover. Shared garden of 4000 m² with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, mini-tennis on grass with rackets and balls. Charges and linens included, beds made. Parking for 2/3 cars. Shore fishing equipment and diving suits available for loan. In winter, the vacation rental has central heating, but no underfloor heating, so for optimal comfort don't forget your slippers!
