Nestled in lush manicured gardens, complemented by a sparkling pool, this beautiful property comfortably sleeps up to 27-30 in central Yarra Valley. 10 stylish spacious bedrooms incl 2 private garden chalets and 9 bathrooms, this is a fabulous destination for several families or friends to enjoy together. If you are booking via Airbnb, a service fee is added to our rate, which we do not control and funds go directly to Airbnb. Bookings via Airbnb we can only accommodate up to 16 guests. Please let us know if you wish to book for more before making a booking request. Fees apply for more than 16 guests staying @ $100pppn. Our guests constantly tell us that our photos just don’t do the estate justice, so please reach out to us to view our video and estate plan. The accommodation is a gorgeous character-rich property, set within two acres of established English-style gardens and nestled in the heart of Victoria’s premier wine region, just minutes from the centre of Yarra Glen. Located just an hour away from Melbourne (53km from CBD), this property offers the perfect destination for multiple families or groups of friends or colleagues to escape the city and enjoy that real holiday feeling without a long commute. The property consists of a number of buildings. Main house has 5 Bedrooms (including 2 huge King suites each with spa ensuite and a bunk room with ensuite), Bed 2 adjoins Bed 1 making it suitable for a younger child to sleep next to their parents, but the room also has doors for privacy if required. There is also a main bathroom, full kitchen and open plan living room surrounded by garden views and a laundry and pantry room. The dining area offers two dining tables, one seating 14, the other 8-10. There is convenient access from the kitchen/dining room to the pool and paved alfresco area, complete with tables and chairs, umbrellas, sun lounges and barbecue. The guest wing is made up of 2 large spa ensuite rooms and a bunk room sleeping 6-8 guests with ensuite, opening directly onto a deck and gardens. Set amongst the gardens about 40m away are 2 lovely chalets, completely separate and screened from the house with abundant greenery. Each features a king size bed, open plan living spaces, spa ensuite, gas log fire, bar fridge and a balcony overlooking the gardens. The chalets are ideal for those who might enjoy a more private space away from the main house or earlier nights! Guests will enjoy complete privacy, with access to the entire gardens which offer many lovely areas to sit and relax amongst the trees, flowerbeds and ponds. Relax as you watch your children have a ball running around the huge expanses of lawn, jump on the trampoline or play on the swings. There's also badminton, totem tennis and other games to play. The large undercover deck area off the guest wing is perfect for casual drinks on the lounges. Bring your inflatable toys and splash around in the gorgeous saltwater pool. Enjoy champagne, cocktails or afternoon tea under the trees. Set up a picnic, read a book or practice your yoga moves on the lush lawns. The pièce de résistance of the estate is the just-completed magnificent games room/bar/chill out zone which opens out through sliding doors onto a spacious deck, complete with an outdoor built in bar. Adjoining the guest wing, the games room features a pool table, arcade games machine, foosball and other boardgames, couches, a huge TV, bar tables and stools. Plenty of space for everyone in your group to relax and enjoy their holiday their own way. We have various dining options with outdoor tables and indoor tables in the main house. Our newly renovated Potter's Gallery, featuring in many photos from one of our micro weddings at the estate, is available for hire for guests staying only and is NOT included in the standard tariff. It is important that you advise us of your exact number of guests at the time of your enquiry. We can then explain the room configurations and bedding options available to you in detail. Bedding will be made available for the booked and confirmed number of guests only. * Extra guests may be able to be accommodated on trundle beds/sofa beds for an additional fee. We do not allow for more than 30 guests in total to stay at the accommodation. We do not allow visitors without approval. FUNCTIONS: Considered strictly by application only. We may be able to accomodate in-house functions for guests staying at the property. Any such function request (ie micro weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences or other business-related events, cooking schools or garden functions) must be discussed with management in advance before approval. Fees will apply, including for complete room set up and room pack down, hire of tables and chairs and buffet tables, additional cleaning, rubbish removal fees and function supervision. Please do not bring caravans or trailers without our consent. Other things to note We require a $2500 security deposit/bond which will be requested via a hold on a credit card 2-3 days prior to your arrival date. We also require valid photo ID for all adutls and a list of childrens names and ages only as required by council laws for registered accommodation
