The space Master bedroom (King bed) features ensuite bathroom and overlooks the backyard. Second bedroom (Queen bed) down the hall, and Third bedroom (Queen bed) with attached bath. Please note that the second bathroom is separate from the hallway area, around on the kitchen side of the house. It's got jack-and-jill doors that attach it to the 3rd bedroom. HUGE walled-in backyard complete with hanging lights, fire pit, BBQ, and plenty of great private space for kids and pets. With 3 cozy bedrooms, plush bedding and comfy pillows, you'll sleep like a dream in this LA valley home. The kitchen boasts tons of counter space and is fully stocked with all the basics that you might need to entertain friends, or prepare a family meal. The island and open plan dining and living spaces make this home ideal for sharing a getaway together. This home makes a great base for small groups or families to relax outside of the stress of the city, but still get to the beach, an event, or to and from LAX for a flight. It's also near Ventura Blvd, with tons of nightlife and up and coming eateries and bars that can satisfy any foodie. It's is perfect for up to 6 guests who are respectful of the neighbors and the home. It is not a party house in any way, and is not appropriate for heavy alcohol or drug use, wild parties, or unaccompanied minors. I do not permit smoking including marijuana on the premises. ***NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR EVENTS OF ANY TYPE, including visitors, beyond the listing maximum of 6. ***No Events, Filming, or Photography of any type, subject to reservation cancellation without refund. 6 guests is maximum, no exceptions for any reason. ***No loud music or noise outdoors. There is an outdoor noise (decibel) meter installed for monitoring that alerts host when noise levels exceed courtesy to our neighborhood. If keeping noise moderate is a problem for you, this is not the right home for you to book. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home pictured, other than the garage and a few locked storage areas. Other things to note GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. NOISE: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times, and refrain from using amplified media outdoors. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily in the area. Spa use is not permitted during quiet hours. SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any substance is not permitted inside the home. You may smoke outside as long as any ash, butts, or other debris are disposed of properly. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside of fenced areas. GARDEN MAINTENANCE:
