The apartment is located in a forest near the sea with a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. Peace and quiet with the night-time sound of crickets is the advantage of the apartment which is located outside of the city center. Here you can try authentic local food and buy quality autochthonous products. You can learn more about our medieval history by visiting the old town of Mošćenice. Apartment Peršić is located in the Učka Nature Park, in a small village called Selce. The space Our apartment is the entire floor of a family house (100 m2). The apartment has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds. It is possible to add 2 more beds in the living room. Also has a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, living room and two bathrooms. There are also two balconies with beautiful sea view and a terrace surrounded by woods and olive trees. Yard is also at your disposal. The nearest beach in Mošćenička Draga is 5 minutes by car (4 km) from the apartment. You can also walk 15 minutes (2 km) to the beach from the Mošćenice where is a path that has 725 steps through a forest to the most beautiful beach in the Mošćenička Draga - Sv. Ivan. You can also explore the hidden little beaches on the shore between the Mošćenička Draga and Brseč. Our guests can choose a variety of activities during their holiday, such as: cycling, hiking, forest walks, swimming, beach activities or discovering the indigenous delicacies. Large parking is included in the apartment and is free of charge. Pets are welcome. There are many festivals, exhibitions and interesting things to see during the summer in nearby places. Guest access All guests are welcome to use all the amenities that are provided in the apartment. Other things to note On your arrival we need your documents /passport or id card. This is required by law for the purpose of registration. The price does not include the tourist tax. According to the law of the Republic of Croatia, persons (older than 12 years) who use the accommodation service are obliged to pay the tourist tax in the amount of 1.30 €/day (1. 4. until 30. 9.) or 1 €/day (all other days).
