Stylish 3bed home-10 mins from Central London

Stylish, newly refurbished Victorian house which overlooks Ruskin Park and the city of London. Large, open plan living room/kitchen filled with light thanks to a glass roof with views of the trees beyond. Attractive, good-sized garden with patio seating and BBQ for use in summer. We can sleep 6 adults/children + 2 children across 4 Bedrooms (the fourth bedroom has a junior bunk bed which can’t accommodate adults). We have lots of toys for young children. The space It's a spacious, three-story terraced townhouse so you will have plenty of room. The recently refurbished kitchen has a glass roof so it is full of light, and it also has lovely views of the trees in the park beyond. The kitchen and living-room are open plan, so it's perfect for entertaining. It’s a perfect house for families - sleeping 6 adults maximum (with a fold out single bed in the loft useful for a child). We have a decent-sized garden which gets lots of sunshine. The patio has a lounge seating area and BBQ which is a lovely space for chilling out. We have a football goal and other garden toys for energetic kids. We ask that guests refrain from using the garden after 10.30pm. We want to be respectful of our neighbours, who overlook our garden. The loft has been newly refurbished to make a stunning master bedroom and ensuite, with views across the park and the city beyond. NB: We have 2 cats who will be there during your stay. They are gentle and friendly and mostly out in the garden. You will probably only see one cat- our grey cat Freddie- our other cat Pip is rarely here! We just ask that you top up Freddie’s water and food bowl, and Pip’s if you see him. We have reduced our nightly rate as a thank you for feeding them. Guest access The whole house and garden are available to you for your stay. Other things to note We have a camera doorbell for added security, so anyone approaching the house is caught on camera and we are immediately alerted.
