It is located on an enclosed and wooded plot of two hectares, a veritable Garden of Eden with palm trees and waterways. The very quiet environment and the magnificent view of the Atlas Mountains contribute to the magic of the place. The architecture remains faithful to the characteristics of Arab villas with its columns, arcades, patios decorated with fountains. 

The decoration uses traditional materials revisited to the taste of the day to create a clever blend of exoticism and modernism. It is pure delight to sit in one of the deep sofas that furnish the patio of the pool-house and let yourself be caressed by the breeze that plays in the white veils, while enjoying a mint tea and some oriental sweets. 

 The villa consists of a main building surrounded by covered terraces and landscaped patios, as well as a large pool house and several outbuildings. The six bedrooms overlook the terraces and the main swimming pool (22 x 8m), benefiting from small indoor and outdoor lounges. Two are suites with their own small pool. All have an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and are equipped with king size beds.
