Ideally located in a privileged location just 400 meters from the beach, close to the commercial area and served by free parking, the house has recently been renovated, offering a minimalist and welcoming environment. The renovated house has three double bedrooms in total, all with a large window (total blackout if necessary), two of them with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, all very comfortable. All bedrooms have a dresser, hangers, table/dresser with mirror and a chair in addition to other furniture. The rooms are served by a bathroom with a bathtub. A fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential appliances for the modern lifestyle, has direct access to the garden for outdoor dining, breakfasts, lunches, brunches or dinners. Also with direct access to the garden, the living room is equipped with a 48" Smart TV Flat Screen (Internet, Bluetooth, cable TV, HD Movies, 12 Music Playlists), Sofa, Armchairs, Table, etc. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house (indoor/outdoor). In the center of the village, you can find other stores such as a bakery, grocery store, fish shop, butcher shop, as well as a pharmacy, post office, gas station and an indispensable ATM. Everything is delightfully close... In addition, it is worth mentioning the cafes, pubs and restaurants serving fresh fish and shellfish caught locally. Good food at a decent price. There is a lot to do nearby... From visits to museums, palaces, parks and gardens, wineries or simply walking on the beach and at the end of the day enjoying a romantic candlelit dinner. Sports lovers have a great offer available. Mountain biking, surfing, bodyboarding, fishing, tennis, horseback riding, paragliding, golf and various extreme sports. It's up to you to decide, but just relaxing and doing nothing is also an open option!
