La Maison des Côtes located on the edge of a rural village in Saint-Germain is your ideal holiday refuge to recharge your batteries and give free rein to your creativity. Less than 10 minutes from the village of Kamouraska where you will find excellent local restaurants, delicatessens, two fishmongers, an artisanal chocolate factory and cozy cafes for a gourmet break. The charming natural beach of St-Germain is 2 km from the house, accessible on foot or by car. The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: The cozy master bedroom includes a large queen bed, a reading nook and a small work desk. A full bathroom with bath, shower, superimposed washer-dryer (laundry soap included) is suitable for your well-being and relaxation. The living room is a bright spot during the day, perfect for relaxing and discussing your next getaway. There is a TV with Fire TV so you can watch your favorite movies and catch up on the latest TV shows. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (filter and espresso, mill). You can cook your summer grills and why not your favorite seafood. (Crustacean tongs and oyster knives are provided.) The dining room is a spacious space perfect for sharing your meals around the large table. UPSTAIRS: You have access to a small shower room, as well as a pretty boudoir with a sofa and a selection of books. There are two private bedrooms with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and floor fan. The other bedroom is an open-plan space with two single beds, as well as a living room on the other side. In the latter, there is a sofa bed and a small work desk. It gives you the space you need, whether you're in a small or large group. There are several board games for your use. OUTSIDE: The grounds are very large and feature a fire pit (wood provided) for having a good time and stargazing, a propane BBQ, and an outdoor table. Set apart is a workshop, our workspace, reserved for our use. A walk on Mississippi Road, a hike on the Cabouron Trail, a short trip to St-Germain Beach: you won't be short of breathtaking scenery when you step outside. Delicious culinary treats await you right in the village! The Banquet Garden is a self-service vegetable kiosk open from June to October. It offers a wide variety of locally grown vegetables, as well as meat, eggs and dishes prepared by local producers. The Au Cabouron counter is a nice friendly café offering pastries, focaccia and sandwiches. Everything is homemade and prepared with the best local products. The Tête d'Allumette microbrewery, just minutes from the house, is the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy a drink! Other things to note Important: Change to Airbnb's pricing structure.
