La Maison des Côtes, located on the edge of a country village in Saint-Germain, is your ideal vacation retreat to recharge your batteries and let your creativity run wild. Less than 10 minutes from the village of Kamouraska where you will find excellent local restaurants, delis, two fishmongers, an artisanal chocolate shop and cozy cafes for a gourmet break. The charming natural beach of St-Germain is 2 km from the house, accessible on foot or by car The space ON THE GROUND FLOOR: The comfortable master bedroom includes a large queen bed, a reading corner and a small work desk. A full bathroom with bath, shower, stacked washer-dryer (laundry soap included) is suitable for your well-being and relaxation. The living room is a bright place during the day, perfect for relaxing and discussing your next getaway. There is a TV with Chromecast to allow you to watch your favorite movies and catch up on the latest series. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee makers (filter and espresso, grinder). You can cook your summer grills by decorating them with vegetables from the farmer's kiosk a short walk from the house. And why not your favorite seafood. (Crustacean tongs and oyster knives are provided.) The dining room is a spacious area perfect for sharing your meals around the large table. UPSTAIRS: You have access to a small bathroom, as well as a nice boudoir with a sofa and a selection of books. There are two bedrooms with their double bed, a dresser, a wardrobe and a standing fan. The other bedroom is an open space, containing two single beds on one side, as well as a living room on the other. In the latter, there is a sofa bed and a small work desk. It gives you the space you need, whether you're in a small or large group. Several board games are available. OUTSIDE: The grounds are large and have a fireplace (wood provided) to have a good time and observe the stars. There is also a propane BBQ and an outdoor table. Walks on the Mississippi range, hikes on the Cabouron trail, a short trip to the beach of St-Germain: you will not miss the breathtaking landscapes by setting foot outside. The Tête d'Allumette Microbrewery, minutes from the house, is the perfect place to watch the sunset and toast! Other things to note Summer 2026: On the grounds, away from the main building, are our art studio and offices. We may access it during your stay, with complete discretion.
