Home in Pewaukee

Welcome to our personal home that was remodeled in 2018. Our house is a 4 Bed / 2.5 Bath with 2 car attached garage and added parking. The main floor is entirely open concept with great sight lines anywhere. Our kitchen has all the luxury appliances you will need for your stay including a gas double oven, dishwasher, & French door refrigerator. 4 blocks from Pewaukee Lake and restaurants make great evening walks & dining. Close to the highway to get downtown Milwaukee within 20 minutes. The space Super clean, private & beautiful house. Main floor is open concept with all 4 bedrooms upstairs on second floor. There is plenty of parking in our driveway that should be able to accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Enjoy a fire and outdoor dining on our large back patio or enjoy the temperature without the bugs in our wonderful sun room that features large windows that fully open where you watch your pup stretch their legs off lease in the fenced in back yard. All 4 bedrooms are excellent sizes and the master is its own en suite separate from the other rooms. Our property is everything that you would expect to find in a Midwest home and set up for you to be relaxed during your stay. Your eyes do not deceive you that yes our living room has 3 televisions mounted. Each TV is hooked up to an HD antenna so you can watch something different on each. The sound bar is connected to the lower Smart TV which provides access to Netflix, Hulu, & Prime Video on demand. There is also a Google Chrome connected to it for those with HBO max to stream to from their phone to it. The tv set up works best in the fall to get multiple football games & typically other sports or shows. The family room has it's own TV mounted with soundbar, HD antenna, & Amazon Firestick. With the kitchen & dining room connected in between the rooms, its easy to carry on conversations or keep an eye on young children. The house Does have the following for your use: -Appliances (Fridge w/ water & ice, Gas Double Oven, Dishwasher & Microwave) -Toaster is located above the Microwave -Cookie trays in warming tray and/or above the fridge -Plates, Cups, & Bowls -Utensils (to the right of the oven) -Slide out garbage & recycling -Dining Room table is set to sit 6 (same with Patio table) -Washer & Dryer in basement Less than 5 minutes away are local restaurants, the Public Pewaukee beach, national gyms (Planet Fitness, Anytime Fitness, 9 rounds etc.) & shopping. The Pewaukee Kiwanis Village Park is only blocks away that has 22 acres to it. Lots of field space to play games, charcoal grills, pavilion structure that occasionally hosts a beer garden, softball/baseball fields, tennis, basketball and volleyball, and of course commercial playground equipment for the kids to play on. Excellent location that has easy access to highways to get downtown Milwaukee within 20 minutes. Local stores make your stay convenient and lots of local lakes to play in. Amazing scenery like Holy Hill is only a short drive away and many golf courses in the area including the pristine Erin Hills. Come enjoy our personal residence in any season!
