Serviced apartment in Berlin

The space Our house is exclusively used commercially (= serviced apartments). All 22 apartments are used exclusively by guests and rented as a whole (i.e. no shared bathroom, etc.) The apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, cutlery and plates, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, air conditioning, etc. Bed linens and towels are also provided. Weekly cleaning for stays of 4 nights or more is included. The design focuses on an urban style with high demands on materiality and individuality. Exposed concrete, herringbone parquet, details in brass and leather, and wall colors inspired by Farrow & Ball combine comfort with high quality. Guest access Our guests have access to a laundry room, where 3 dryers and 3 washing machines are available for free use (detergent is not provided, but can be purchased at the reception).
