Bring the whole crew (even Fido) to our historic 1865 Cream City Brick, sunlit two-bedroom upper flat, nestled just 4 blocks from the mesmerizing shores of Lake Michigan. Here, you'll find your escape from the hustle and bustle, stepping into a world where history whispers stories, warmth wraps around you like a cozy blanket, and charm invites you to unwind. The space Large, light, and cozy open living and dining rooms call for nestling in with conversation and soul-filling activities. Games, art supplies, books provided. Well equipped kitchen for the most discriminating cook. As of June, 2021, the apartment has been updated and freshly remodeled, exposing some of the beautiful brick, adding more unique furniture pieces recommended by my dear friend and owner of Design Xchange in Hartland, WI, Katie Stuckey Guindon. If you enjoy the beauty of upscale furnishings as much as I do, you’ll want to stop in and browse. Grill in the shared backyard. A 5-burner gas grill available for use, patio table and chairs, a fire pit, and a nice new deck! Other things to note I value your health and mine, therefore I use only non-toxic cleaners. I offer organic coffee (whole bean coffee with a grinder and French Press) and tea. For your added peace of mind and security, we have video surveillance covering the exterior of the premises.
