Spacious Bed & Bath, Historic Farmhouse w/View

This farmhouse is one of the oldest homes in Dundee, NY, in the heart of the Finger Lakes. The home is seated at the top of the Seneca Lake valley, with gorgeous panoramic views of the surrounding farm fields. We are 1/2 mile from the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, breweries, cideries, distilleries, & beautiful hiking trails. We have a patio off the front of the house- perfect for watching the sunrise, the osprey soar, the cows graze and a 4 season view. All are welcome in our home. The space This is a spacious first floor bedroom with a queen sized bed, open dresser space, and a brand new (2021) attached full sized bathroom, private to this room. This is a private room in our full-time residence. Please be aware that we have a 120lb Great Dane, Mabel, and a 15lb Boston Terrier, Boogie. They will all very much be a part of your stay. If big or little dogs are an issue for you, our home is not the right accommodation for you! Guest access Common, shared areas in the house include both a screened-in and glassed-in porch, a front porch w/ seating and a formal and informal dining room. During your stay Kelly and Gage have a lot of experience and history in the local beverage industry and know the area very well. We are happy to make any and all recommendations for different wineries, breweries, distilleries to visit while in the Finger Lakes. In addition to the beverage industry, we are well-versed in local state parks, waterfall/recreation areas, restaurants, things to see/do, etc. We're also happy to respect guests who are looking for more of a "hands-off" vacation, and can keep to ourselves! Other things to note We love and respect our home and expect you'll do the same! We do have a Great Dane and a Boston Terrier who are part of our family. If big or little dogs aren't your thing, our home may not be the best place for you to stay. This is our full-time residence.
