GOUNA Scarab Ground Floor with terrace on pool

@ Scarab Club, El-Gouna; one of Gouna's most exclusive gated compounds. A lovely ground floor apartment with one bedroom (king-size bed), a fully equipped open kitchen, living space with a large-screen TV with free satellite channels, a pullout sofa-bed that can sleep two and a nice cozy terrace. The terrace is spacious yet is fenced for better privacy and overlooks two large pools directly in-front. The space The property is a one bedroom apartment... located on the ground floor with direct access from the car parking area and directly overlooking two large pools... The unit boasts a spacious reception that has a large-screen TV with free satellite channels, a large L-shaped couch that has very convenient pullout (queen size) bed... The open kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped with an electric stove-top, a Microwave and a fridge. in addition to all typical utensils. There is no freezer nor washing machine. The bedroom has a large kingside bed with bedside tables and a cupboard. All rooms in the apartment have large windows overlooking the lovely private terrace that has access and views of two large pools. Guest access There are many pools around the Scarab club which guests can use, two of the best pools of the club are located literally infront of the appartment terrace. Pool furniture is provided by the Scarab Club but no towels are provided. Free parking is also available right at the doorstep of the apartment. Other things to note The property has a fully equipped kitchen but no washing machine. We provide freshly dry-cleaned bed linens for both beds but we do not provide towels, please bring your own towels. Scarab Club requires that all adult guests who will be staying on the property provide a copy of their ID before they arrive at the compound... this is for security and registration procedures.
