The space Our south-facing apartment of around 85 sq.m. is on the third floor of a four-storey chalet building built in 2000. It is located just five minutes walk from the centre of Klosters village, the train station and the Gotschna cable car. Guest access There's a large sunny balcony with Adirondack wooden chairs and a table and chairs. Guests have access to one underground garage parking space and the building's ski and boot rooms. Other things to note During most of the the winter ski season, bookings are for 7 nights, for the rest of the year, it is a minimum stay of 3 nights. There is a CHF 325 cleaning charge. In addition, there is an obligatory Klosters Tourist Tax for a Guest Card that will give you free travel on public transport (buses and trains) in Klosters and Davos and discounts on trips up the mountain for non-skiers, etc. (See the Klosters-Davos website and search on 'guest-card'.) The cost of the Klosters Guest Card in 2024 is CHF 5.50 per person per night (children under 12 years old are free). Payment of the Guest Card for each guest is payable on arrival at check-in with our agent.
