The space The holiday house is part of the Stella di Mare holiday house. The complex borders a beautiful beach and is near Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, as well as the most beautiful and famous beaches of the southern coast. Guest access The house has an interior living space of around 130m², spread over two floors. The ground floor has the entrance area, a large living room decorated simply and elegantly, a dining room, the kitchen, a storage room, and a laundry room with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully-equipped, providing crockery, glasses, pans, a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The living room and the dining area have air conditioning and a TV (satellite coder is provided at a supplementary charge) and a fireplace. On this floor there are also a double bedroom (bed 160 x 190cm) with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor there are a bathroom with a bath, a hallway, a small balcony overlooking the large garden, and three bedrooms, two with double beds (160 x 190cm), Sardinian furniture, large cupboards and dressers. The third bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds (80 x 190cm). The whole house has heating. All the rooms, apart from the kitchen, also have air conditioning. Wireless Internet access is available. Outdoors, the villa also provides additional living space of around 40m². The veranda is furnished with sofas and wicker chairs, a table and a built-in sofa with cushions. There are also a fireplace and a storage room. The terrace and the house are surrounded by a beautiful garden of around 250m². It has garden furniture, a hammock and two showers, one with warm water provided by solar energy. Guests can also use children’s toys, bicycles, parasols and a blow-up paddling pool. Bedlinen, hand towels are not included in the rental price. The price is 6 euro for person. Two cots are also available. On the fenced site there is a parking space for one car, and in front of the site other parking spaces are available. Other things to note The resort was built in the early 1970s by an American architect, in a sophisticated and distinctive style. The complex has a supermarket, a pizzeria/restaurant, tennis courts, a bar and a disco. In the vicinity you can find the yacht harbour, Marina di Capitana, just a five-minute walk away. Thre you can find a popular restaurant and a night club. You can also book diving excursions there, practice other water sports and go on boat trips. The beach at Capitana is a two-minute drive away.
