Rustic cottage with private wine cellar

Looking for a nice holiday home for your holiday on Lake Balaton? Then you've come to the right place! The walls up to 80cm thick and the newly built thatched roof ensure a pleasant stay, even in unbearable heat in summer or at the lowest temperatures in winter. On cold days, a tiled stove quickly provides cosy warmth. The space The kitchen, living room and toilet with shower and washing machine are located on the ground floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and a slap for four people on the upper floor. Note: For families with small children, the house is only suitable to a limited extent, as there are no protective grills in front of the stairs. The newly renovated beach pool is about 10 minutes away on foot. Guest access The holiday home is almost 100 years old and was newly renovated in 2015-2016. It consists of 2 separate units (currently only the main building is rented), a wooden cottage with gazebo, barbecue and wood-burning oven as well as several parking spaces (for max. 3 passenger vehicles). Other things to note On request, guests can enjoy the house wine in their own wine cellar.
