The sleeping area consists of 2 beds, 1 double and single bed - bedside table, dining table and cupboard. The lounge area consists of very comfortable leather sofas, Flatscreen TV, fridge/freezer and microwave and kettle. We also provide and tea + coffee Please note kitchen is not included. Covid Protocols Sanitise your hands when you enter the house and whenever you leave your room to go into the communal areas. We are in between 2 stations: Beckenham Hill and Lower Sydenham Lower Sydenham Station (10-15 mins walk) takes you to London Waterloo in 22 minutes for the London Eye, London Bridge in 16 minutes for The Shard and London Charing Cross in 29 minutes for Trafalgar Square. In addition you can access Lewisham for the DLR in 9 minutes. Our Nearest train Station Beckenham Hill (5 mins walk) which takes you into London Victoria, Elephant and Castle- 20 minutes (for the Northern and Bakerloo line) Peckham Rye (for London Overground) and Bromley. We also have a bus that stops outside of our house which takes you to Catford and Lewisham (for the DLR) So we are well connected into Central London and surrounding areas.
