Other things to note When deciding on a booking, consider the following important circumstances: • The house is located on the southern slope of Blagodat Mount. 142 meters above sea level. This means that you "slide" down to the sea, and will have to climb up an 11-degree slope to get back; The nearest public municipal beach is Zarya. The beach is pebble one, you can find pebbles ranging between 15 and 30 cm in size. The beach is quite large and smoothly transitions into the wild beach adjacent to Matsesta. Like most beaches of Sochi, it has shoreline armoring, otherwise, all the pebbles will instantly become the sea bottom. There are breakwaters in the sea, which break large waves during the storm. Since the beach is pebbly and rocky, you may have problems with sticking an umbrella. Beach area is regularly cleaned, there is an inventory rental available. A significant part of the pedestrian route from the house (1.9 km) passes through a rather steep but well-equipped staircase. Travel time to the beach [downhill] is 20-25 minutes, travel back [uphill] takes 5-10 minutes longer; • The 3rd guest will be charged an extra fee of 335 rubles and an 80x190cm IKEA folding chair-bed will be provided as a bed; A new house, 4 of 5 apartments are occupied. The rest may be under repair.
