Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages 81 privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tub while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. While natural beauty reigns on the outside, the inside of this unit offers a combination of textures and touches that keeps the living space cozy. Enjoy it all right in the heart of Snowmass! Get a bird’s eye view of the unit from the upstairs loft in this top-floor condo, where your semi-private sleeping area awaits. The Queen bed is nicely tucked away in the loft from the main living area and offers a plush mattress draped with quality linens. An additional Murphy bed is located next to the fireplace in the living room. Over the railing, get a peek of the living area below as well as the scenic views that are visible from this unit’s oversized windows. Head down the staircase in the morning after a good night’s sleep, ready to embrace the day. This condo is great for couples, friends, and families alike, as you’ll find additional sleeping accommodations on the pull-out sofa in the living room. This condo’s bathroom has been recently updated and includes a tile and glass shower. The living room of this unit has been tastefully decorated with neutral colors and modern furnishings. A plush sofa and two easy chairs are ideally arranged to encourage conversation or game time in the evenings. A gas fireplace in the corner adds a nice touch, especially on cold winter nights. You’ll also find a wall-mounted flat screen TV above the fireplace for staying entertained during moments of downtime. Head into the galley-style kitchen to grab a snack or prepare a full meal. Bright and modern, this kitchen is a pleasant cooking space and has everything needed for preparing meals if desired. While this unit does not offer an oven, the full-sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, and two-burner stove offer several options for preparing meals and snacks. Enjoy the convenience of a leisurely breakfast in your pajamas before hitting the slopes, eaten at the table in the adjacent dining area. The high-top dining table offers seating for four, providing a space to gather around for meals enjoyed together as a family or group. Located in the main building, guests of this condo will also enjoy the proximity of The Edge restaurant, which is conveniently located downstairs. Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic. There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines. This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. Guest access Entire condo plus Timberline amenities. Please, make yourself at home. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidental purposes such as room charges, damages, or parking. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in. This secure link will ask for a credit card to cover incidental charges, such as room damages or restaurant charges. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a full guidebook for your stay along with your check-in details.
