Entirely renewed. Very comfortable and charming apartment with lot of amenities (Furnished kitchen, LED TV, Bluray, Wii, etc.). You will be in the center of Funchal, near to everything. The space Apartment has been totally renewed in 2012. All painted again in 2023. In the center of Funchal. Near from all commodities. Fully equipped (LED TV, Cable TV with many international channels, Wii console, Bluray player, Internet, Books, reading room, toys for kids, etc.) Accomodates 4 persons. Possibility to accomodate 6 using the (confortable) sofa bed of the living-room. Refreshes made in 2015: new mattresses in the single bedroom (more comfortable). New couvertures (100% coton) in order to turn the beds more comfortable. New toilets (better quality). More and better pillows. Table and chairs for the terrasse. Parking place (if available). Guest access Everything which is in the apartment. Other things to note • READ CAREFULLY: Free parking if available. Limited number of parking spaces, not guaranteed and not possible to reserve. The parking system is controlled electronically with a card. ALWAYS use the card to enter or exit the parking lot. If not, you will block the system (fee to unblock: 50 euros and the time delay to unblock the system can take a while!!!) • Please be advised that we will request the submission of guests' personal data (name, date of birth, citizen card/passport number, nationality and country of residence). This submission is mandatory to communicate to AIMA (formerly SEF – Foreigners and Borders Service), under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement and the recent Local Accommodation law in Portugal. • Some essentials are available upon arrival (e.g. toilet paper, laundry/dishwashing detergent capsules (or similar), napkins, etc.), but guests are responsible for replenishing them. • In order to comply with local regulations, we are applying the newly implemented Funchal Tourist Tax. As of October 1, 2024, Local Accommodations in the municipality of Funchal will apply the mandatory fee of €2 per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights (children aged 12 and under are exempt). For reservations made before October 1, 2024 and already confirmed, the payment of this fee must be made on the day of arrival or during the stay, and can be made by bank transfer.
