The 2nd apartment "Nest" ( situated too on the second level of the Villa can sleep 2 persons ) is 65 sguare metres with 1 bedroom and 1 big toilet, the bedroom has Queen size bed, it is too a private semi-detached luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room with spacious fully equipped kitchen, and veranda. The 3rd apartment "Fire" ( situated on the 3rd level of the Villa can sleep 3 persons ) is 60 sguare metres. It is an independent luxury apartment of an open plan sitting/dinning room along with a sofa bed with spacious fully equiped kitchen and a fire place. It consists of one bedroom with double bed a big toilet and Veranda (sofa bed can sleep 1 person). All apartments and main house are provided with bath towels, beach towels, and everything you may need for your perfect stay, the kitchens and generally all the apartments and main house are fully luxury furnished with quality appliances. There is an open air shower with hot water There is sunbathe area all around swimming pool, you can sunbathe on the top corner of the swimming pool too admiring the amazing view. The light systems, and how the Villa and apartment is operating are electronic, with Siemens computer system. At night around the Villa, swimming pool and gardens you can enjoy a Variety of light systems and colors. Every room has its own cooling and heat system. There is a gym with its own sound system, bathroom and Hydro massage shower, as well as there is biliard, table tennis, a bar and gym eguipment. Fom the city center is about 6 min drive, and then when arrived in the area of Ahladies just turn right and in 300m there is the Villa Stratos. The Famous Ahladies beach, is approximately 2 to 3 minutes from the Villa by car and 10 to 15 min by foot. Ahladies beach is a beautiful sandy beach that forms a small cove. Wind surf, water ski, jet ski plus other water activities can be rented there. There are excellent restaurants with tasty and quality sea food near the villa too.
