Fuentealdea, a stone's throw from the sea and the mountains

Fuentealdea is a 2-story country house with a plot and a granary. Located in Amandi, a very quiet village 2 km from Villaviciosa. Registration number: ESFCTU00003301900072504........ The ground floor has a kitchen-dining room, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, another double room, with bathroom and a single, living room and reading room. Outside there is a covered terrace, garden and private parking for 2 cars. The space The house is located in a rural and very quiet environment, easy to access, which makes it ideal for rest, disconnection and contact with nature. However, it is less than a five-minute drive to Villaviciosa, so you will have all the basic services at your fingertips (health center with 24-hour care, pharmacies, supermarkets, gas stations, etc.) It is a very sunny house, it gets the sun all day long and has a garden attached to the house equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers that will allow you to enjoy the outdoors throughout your stay. It also has a terrace in front of the house, with a small wooden bench and tables and chairs that you can also use to eat outside in case of rain. The house has 2 TVs (one in the kitchen/dining room on the ground floor and another in the living room on the top floor), microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, iron, kitchenware, sheets, towels and hairdryer. We also have a travel crib, high chair and baby bath at no additional cost. Guest access The house is fully rented and its equipment is at your disposal. You won't have to share anything with anyone. Other things to note The link with the Cantabrian motorway is only 5 minutes from the house. You will find both beach and mountain less than half an hour from the house. If you prefer beaches, you can choose from the following: - Rollers (10min) - La Griega (20min) - Merón (15min) - La Espasa and La Isla (20min) If you prefer mountains you will find the Sierra del Sueve, in the municipality of Colunga, about 25 minutes away. There you can make routes with incredible views of the sea. The peaks of Europa are in the same direction but a little more, about 45 minutes approx. And if you want to know the most emblematic places of Asturias you will find Bowls and Weights a "stone's throw"(as we say here). Other must-sees such as Ribadesella, Llanes, Gijón and Oviedo are less than half an hour away. Cangas de Onís and Cabrales are a little further away, an hour approx.
