This 42 m2 2-room apartment is centrally located in the family resort of La Colmiane at an altitude of 1500 m. The building is located at the foot of the slopes and opposite the Piou-Piou ski club school. Perfect for rest and family entertainment. The space In this accommodation you will have a very large bedroom with a 160 bed, a single bed and 2 dressers. In the hallway is a storage closet with shelves and a wardrobe side with hangers. In the shower room you will find a top-loading washing machine and a wall-mounted hair dryer. In the hallway to access the living/dining room you will find a cabinet with a countertop, on which there is a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. In the living/dining room is a sofa bed with a 160 mattress and an equipped kitchen to prepare your dishes. The mattresses of the large bed and the sofa bed were changed in 2022. Board games, books and DVDs are available to entertain you on bad weather days! You also have a closed veranda terrace with a table to have your breakfast overlooking the mountains, iron shelves are available to store your ski equipment, we will ask you of course to remove your ski boots when entering the apartment and then store them on the terrace. PLEASE NOTE: we provide you with toilet paper, salt, oil, coffee, a little pasta bit of rice etc... to facilitate your arrival; if you use all of what is offered to you, please replace them at least a little so that the following people have the same comfort on arrival as you! A convenience store is available on St Dalmas, 5 minutes by car if needed. We hope you enjoy your stay! Other things to note In winter you can enjoy 20 ski slopes, Nordic skiing, ski hiking, snowshoeing etc... In summer, the summer toboggan, tree climbing, via ferrata, mini golf, downhill mountain biking, are waiting for you. And the longest zip line in France is open year-round!
