Monthly rate: 19,000.00 PhP only. Free internet connection & water. Guest access Guests can also sit outside on the wooden benches on the terrace to enjoy the view and mingle with other house guests. Guests have their own comfort room (toilet, sink and shower area). During your stay I'm not always in our place since I travel a lot and have an export business to run. The 1st floor is where my offices are and on the 2nd floor are our living quarters. Other things to note Universal power sockets. If you need a refrigerator or TV during your stay, kindly let us know and we could provide you with one. No kitchen area available yet.
