Code-locked, safe building with gym, parking, and laundry. Apartment has coffee, toiletries, towels, sheets, and space for your clothes. Large window in the bedroom lights the space beautifully. An open layout with minimalist features make guests feel at home in style. Quiet with minimal to no noise from the street or neighbors. The apartment has a large private bathroom with full amenities (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels, soap) and kitchen with everything you need to cook. We have a SmartTV with Netflix, Hulu, etc. but no broadcast or cable channels. Guest access Laundry, gym, and all the amenities of the apartment itself are open to you. Free access to a gated parking lot adjacent to the building on weekends and after 6 pm. On weekdays between 9 am and 6 pm there is a fee of $10 to park in the lot. There is also free street parking.
