Large Bed & Breakfast home-2.9 miles to Notre Dame

Just 2.9 miles to Notre Dame from our bed & breakfast home where we've hosted ND fans since 2008. Our quiet neighborhood is a beautiful tree filled area slightly northeast of ND. Close enough to tailgating at the stadium, the bookstore, and all the other festivities; but just enough away for a tranquil nights rest. We have plenty of room to spread out, but sometimes everyone gathers around the kitchen table too. A full hot breakfast is served. We live here too, but can stay out of the way. The space No need to be cramped & sleeping almost on top of each other during the weekend. Our home has generous sized bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of room to spread out. Gather around the kitchen table every morning for a complete hot breakfast and come back in the evening for TV watching, card playing or sitting outside around the fire pit on a cool evening with your favorite beverage. Let us know if you have any special requests and we'll try to accommodate them. Also, our listing has no extra charges for cleaning fees or security deposits. Airbnb doesn't quite have a category that fits us well - this is our home and we stay here full time INCLUDING when we open our home to ND guests. We offer our empty bedrooms only during graduation & home football games. We provide your group a clean, spacious, and relaxing place to stay with tasty breakfasts - but we are not a professional bed & breakfast business. Think of it more like staying with your extended family when you are visiting them out of town. We look forward to welcoming you to our home. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire house (with the exception of our bedroom of course.) We have a large patio & back yard with a fire pit for after game relaxing. Other things to note All bedrooms are on the second floor. We have no pets, although our son's dog - a chocolate Labrador retriever - does visit our home on occasion.
