The villa has two separate and independent floors joined by two external staircases. A short path - including 30 steps - leads down to the Villa, from the main road at the Belvedere in the Cuotto area. Shady gazebos, sunbeds and umbrellas among palm trees offer areas for quiet relaxation. A thermal water pool (don't jump in!) and a natural sauna are available. Facilities also include Wi-Fi. Each en-suite double bedroom – which has recently been renovated – has its own independent access. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people and is also rented on an exclusive basis. The architecture is typically Mediterranean, bright and practical. Cleaning and change of linen at the end of the week are included in the price. Extra linen or cleaning service can be provided at a cost of €10 per hour. Restaurants, shops including a chemist, bar and bus stop are on the main road. The villa has no way to the sea and no parking, it is 2.5 km from the town of Forio and 1 km from the beach of Citara. From the ground floor to the first floor, it is accessed with a few steps only from the outside, both to the right and to the left of the building. The villa is reached via a narrow path - which widens at the entrance to the villa - with about thirty steps that descend from the provincial road - locality Cuotto, in the curve of the belvedere, only as far as the villa. Various quiet corners, cool gazebos, umbrellas and sunbeds among the palm trees allow complete relaxation. The villa is also equipped with a thermal pool and natural sauna. Free Wi-Fi internet.
