Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. - Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. - At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. - Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. - If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
