The space The space This spacious studio apartment is located on the first floor (stair access only) in a quiet street in Middle Park. This studio apartment is only 50 metres from the studio and a moments’ walk to the beach and promenade. The space is suitable for 2 people only; however a great place for a relaxing quality time. The apartment is one bright and spacious room with one queen size bed, kitchen & washing machine, walk in wardrobe, ChromeCast, DVD player and 50 inch flat screen TV. The studio also has a beautiful balcony, table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a wash-basin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Bedlinen and bath towels are provided. The kitchenette is equipped with all you need for cooking (fridge, washing machine, microwave and stove). In the area surrounding the apartment, you can find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. There is on street parking available, if you are travelling by car. The tram to the city and (2 minutes’ walk away) only takes 20 minutes and to St Kilda only takes 5 minutes. The Light Rail which goes to Melbourne city and Crown Casino only a few minutes’ walk away from the station. Also, the Grand Prix track and Albert Park Lake is just 5 minutes’ walk. It is a fantastic location, you won’t be disappointed! We do not allow; - Any events or parties - Any pets - No groups, we will only allow 2 people to occupy the apartment. In the event any additional persons are located you will be evited from the premises. - No smoking inside or on the balcony of the apartment. Other things to note Getting to our place from the airport: By Taxi or Uber: Direct ride to our location. By SkyBus: Take the SkyBus to Southern Cross Station in the city. From there, catch Tram 12 on Collins Street, heading towards St Kilda West. Get off at Stop 139. Walk a short distance to reach our place.
