Relax on the expansive deck with a cold beverage on a hot summers day, cook your catch of the day on the BBQ. Enjoy the peace and views. We do allow vaccinated pets, who a stock friendly . Dogs must be supervised . Guest access Guests are able to use the open part of the Shed for boat parking. One inside room is not accessible to guests and the garage is only for owners these will be locked. Please do not enter the paddocks. The Electric fence is on at all times. Bedrooms are unlocked for rental requirements. Other things to note We are child friendly but children must be supervised outside and must eat at the table. We have not child proofed the property. Bedrooms are only unlocked as per the number of guests booked. Fish and curries not to be cooked inside, we have a bbq and a bbq mat. The fences are electric and children should be supervised. The only heating is a fire, wood is supplied. Rubbish is to be taken with guests on departure as there is no rubbish collection in rural Kaikoura , cigarettes remains are to be disposed of , nappies to be taken. Dogs allowed conditions apply, must be fully vaccinated , stock friendly, not allowed on furniture , or left unattended .
