The hot water in the bathtub and shower, FROM THE TERRACE, comes from a solar panel, so it is not guaranteed on rainy days, however, the hot water inside the house is an electric water heater, so the supply is guaranteed all year round, so in the cold months you can use the jacuzzi in the indoor bathroom. The outdoor bathtub is not a Jacuzzi, just a hot water bathtub. Guest access The house and terrace are for exclusive and private use. The house is equipped with everything you need, and has hot and cold air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and fiber optic internet, both by cable and Wi-Fi.
