Though it offers simple comforts and basic amenities, the house retains the quiet charm and timeless dignity of traditional Italian homes, with views of both the sea and the garden. Guest access Guest access is through the seaside garden and is shared with the owner's family, who live on the first two floors. Please note: the apartment is located on the third floor and can only be reached by climbing approximately 60 steps (two short stairways and two spiral staircases). There is no elevator, so the property may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
