Apartment 1 Cal Genís -WIFI

Our apartment is located in Montmajor (15 min. from Berga and 30min from Solsona by car). It is a house with two flats and you'll be resting on the first (with stairs, no lift). There are 3 rooms, WC, kitchen and dinning room with chimney, a multipurpose hall and a garden. In the village you'll find grocery stores, bakery and a restaurant. In summer there is a public swimming pool and streams very near (Vall d'Ora). In winter there is a ski station in one hour by car (Port del Comte). The space The dinning room has a central chimney and a little balcony very cozy. Therefore there is a little garden in the back yard to rest or to prepare a barbacue. There's a multipurpose hall free to use for any host of the house. Guest access Our apartment is completely equipped with kitchen, wc, shower and a washing machine. The back yard and the multipurpose hall is free to use for hosts. Other things to note Touristic VAT is not included and must be paid by cash during the arrival, older than 16 does not apply (1,1€ x night each host, 2022 prices). There is no lift in our apartment. You have to go upstairs to the first floor. There is no heating but there are stoves and the chimney (enough). Difficulties in mobile coverage.
