Seaside studio

The apartment is in a picturesque quiet place. On the right you will see the sea, on the left the green mountains. The neighborhood is new, so it is very pleasant to walk around surrounded by nature. The 20 sq. m. studio is on the second floor, one half of the house is rented out, our family lives in the other half. If necessary, we will take you to the store or to the train. There is a parking lot, a separate entrance to the apartment. A cozy wooden balcony overlooking the mountains and the sea. Our guests often spend time on the balcony, working and relaxing, enjoying the scenery. The space The house is located on a hill. Near the apartment, 500 m away, is the nearest station for the Sovkhoz train. You can get to the beach in 20 minutes. It's small, but very nice and clean. You can get to the spacious beach in 5 minutes by car or by train/bus (5 minutes away). Guest access The house is located on a 5-acre plot. A couple of years ago, we planted a garden with fruit trees there. You can use the barbecue grill. Take out the table and chairs and have a picnic 🧺
