Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here. The space A large fig tree separates the cottage from the rest of the yard, providing privacy. The space was remodeled in 1997 with a lot of recycled materials, something we value a lot. The style is therefore comfortable and a bit funky. The Olympic Mountains are visible from the loft deck on a clear day. Unfortunately we cannot allow small children due to safety concerns with the steep loft stairs. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard. Washer/dryer is available in the house basement. Off street parking is available for one car. In the interests of reducing plastic waste, we provide filtered drinking water with the Brita system. We appreciate guests using this rather than buying bottled water. Seattle also has very high quality tap water. Other things to note If you plan to bring a pet, you need to let us know at the time of the booking. We welcome dogs under 25 pounds who are house trained and well behaved. We expect our guests to watch their animal in the yard and clean up after him/her.
