La Capitale - Les Gites de l 'Argile

Warm apartment located on the top floor of a village house. Right in the center of Barcelonnette, and close to all amenities, this apartment is fully equipped. 35 m2 can accommodate up to 5 people. Very bright, the view emerges on the peaks of the surrounding ski resorts. Kitchen is equipped. A small “cabin” corner in which a mattress is installed a place, will allow a child to have beautiful dreams. Other things to note Ideally located in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, facing south, we enjoy 300 days of sunshine a year. The Croix de l 'Alpe, dominates without imposing itself, the district that leaves an impression of nature free. A short walk to forest trails leading to the heights of Ubaye. We wanted to create tourist accommodations in addition to our activity. The bed and breakfast being, in our opinion, too intrusive, we naturally opted for cottages. The land surrounding our home allowed us to do so, so we started. Our perspective was to accommodate all types of audiences: that's why we've set everything up to get the Tourism and Disability label. In addition to this positioning, we wanted to create a place to stay with a certain standard (4 stars), a place that could suit everyone. What we're particularly excited about being able to be able to make them happy.
