The space The apartment features a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with a sofa bed, making it an ideal stay for a group of three – whether it’s a family or friends. The space is bright and includes a large French balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and hob, though please note the oven is currently out of service. Liability for Damages and Deep Cleaning: Guests are responsible for maintaining the accommodation and its facilities in good condition. Any damage, breakage, or loss caused by the guest, whether accidental or intentional, shall be the full financial responsibility of the guest. The accommodation reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for the cost of repair, replacement, or lost items. Additionally, a deep cleaning fee of SEK 2,500 will be applied if excessive cleaning is required due to guest actions. 4. Internet Access: Complimentary wireless internet is provided for guests. The accommodation is not liable for any disruptions or security risks associated with internet usage. 5. Quiet Hours Policy: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily to maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors. The accommodation is equipped with a disturbance detection system that monitors and alerts management to any violations related to excessive noise or smoke. Guests are required to comply with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all occupants. Non-compliance may result in penalties, including additional charges or potential eviction. 6. No Smoking Policy: The accommodation is a strictly non-smoking establishment, including the use of electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation, on balconies, and outside the entrance. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees and possible eviction without a refund. 7. Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items. 8. No Illegal Activities: The property may not be used for any illegal activities, including prostitution and drug use. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, the involvement of law enforcement, and forfeiture of any refund. 9. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the premises.
