We are in a rural setting beside the mighty Clutha River. A self-contained unit with plenty of off-street parking. Quiet and relaxing including a spa bath in your own ensuite. Within walking distance to the Roxburgh town centre and close proximity to the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail. Attention Cyclists: We are now in a position to offer pick-up & delivery of you and your bike if required. Prior confirmation of this would be necessary. The space The unit houses the bedroom & kitchen with a closed off full bathroom (including double spa bath!). The kitchenette includes a double hotplate & convection microwave. Fridge-freezer and outdoor BBQ. Guest access Great parking outside the unit. We can arrange to house bikes under cover if required and charging of e-bikes in the garage. Other things to note When you enter the unit, the light switches are on the wall to your right, behind the drapes.
