Our home is a safe and extremely clean environment for those seeking accommodations during this difficult time. Very comfortable and warm small 1 bedroom home unit with a big fenced in yard, covered porch under a canopy of old growth Florida trees for you to enjoy! LOCATION Very central to everything in Orlando, including the theme parks, airport and downtown Orlando and minutes from the central Orlando highway 408. BEDROOM 1 bedroom with a brand new queen bed always made with clean, fresh linens, a light comforter and 4 pillows. Bedroom also includes wooden clothing rack, hangers and ironing board, 2 nightstands with 2 side-table lights that have electric sockets and usb chargers built into them, there's a blackout curtain on the window to block sunlight should you want to sleep in. BATHROOM The bathroom has a shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, blow dryer, iron, hamper and fresh, clean body and hand towels and washcloths. LIVING ROOM The living room includes a couch that really easily transforms into a comfortable queen bed, all the bedding, comforter and pillows for the sofa couch are included. Also in the living room is a Smart TV with Free Netflix, HULU, HBOMAX, PrimeVideo, Disney+, ESPN+ and fast WiFi is available. KITCHENETTE A small dining table that could easily double as a work desk with 2 comfy chairs. Fully stocked kitchenette with all amenities you might need to cook a meal. Including a fridge+freezer, microwave, sink with disposal, countertop electric stovetop burner, toaster, toaster oven, electric water kettle for tea, coffee maker with built in filter, dishes (plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, and silverware, dish soap and sponge, etc. Coffee and sugar always included. Central air conditioning and heating. PARKING The house is on a very quiet street in a family neighborhood. Very little traffic. You have your very own parking spot in a driveway right in front of your wooden, entrance gate. Also, free and safe street parking. Guest access You will have the entire one bedroom home unit to yourself! You have your own entrance and keys to go and come as you wish. There is also plenty of safe and free street parking if you have multiple cars but for one car there is free and safe parking right in front of your wooden, entrance gate. Other things to note -The bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and covered porch and fenced in yard are all yours and you have your own entrance. Nothing is shared. You have your own privacy and home. -Children of all ages are welcome but parents and caretakers should be aware that there are no amenities available for kids or toddlers. There are no special beds, no changing tables for kids. Also, no child proof safety measures provided. -No pets allowed on our property. You cannot bring your pets. -The homeowner is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on/in the property. The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
